I am passionate about helping adults learn new knowledge and skills and become self-fulfilled and productive individuals. I believe that all learning should be learner-centered, purposeful and fun. I also believe that all learning should be designed and delivered in a flexible, cost-effective and pedagogically sound manner and it should utilize appropriate technologies and methodologies which enhance learning.

I have been designing and facilitating learning for over 30 years. Over this period I have performed many educational roles including that of Secondary School Teacher, Learning Designer in University and VET learning environments, Researcher, Educational Team Leader, Training Facilitator & Assessor, e Learning Developer and Crisis Counselor.
