If you have a large number of learners' assignments that had been submitted via Post widgets and displayed in a Gallery, downloading one by one can be time-consuming.

Luckily, there is a workaround!

Step 1:

Go to Course setup > Exports.

Step 2:

Choose New export.

Step 3:

Under Select export type choose Posts, the page where the task is on, and the class.

e.g.

Step 4:

Under Export choose the file type and make sure to tick Include related downloadable files (e.g. images, documents) as a ZIP.

Step 5:

Go back to the Export list and click on Run export. Then Download.

The zip file will include learners' files.
