Internet of Things

Dear Sir,

I am in the middle of learning all the modules for the above course.  Most of my modules that not complete because of certain video not available or there is no play button appear on screen (Please refer to IoT-Page1 & IoT-Page2 photos).  I have tried using different web browser such as Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, all are the same (Please refer to IoT-Module5 photo). 

Need help.

    Hi there! I've tested the pages and they seem to be working properly on my end.

    The videos all seem to be available as well. Could you perhaps check your internet connection to make sure it is strong? Could you also try accessing the course from a different device?

    Hi,  I have tried on different PC as well thru my handphone.  I'm using different type of internet connection such as office internet, home internet using fiber optic connection and handphone data.  All the same.

    May I know what player is used to show the videos ?  What is the best browser to be used ? From all the modules only 2 videos I managed to play.

      Benet Edward Chrome is what works best. No other software necessary. Could you please make a screenshot and send it to support@openlearning.com?

    Finally I managed to watch all the videos from all the modules, thru my mobile.
