In the "Settings" ->"Access" tab , please add an option to exclude some students from viewing that page .for example: if there is 40 students and 5 of them not attended the integrity section they want to restrict from Assessment submission . So in the current situation we need to add the 35 students(as a group or individual) into that page , to restrict the access of that 5 students . If we have an option like "Who can't view this page " , it will be more convinent for this approach
