Before signing up for a course, you can check the Landing Page to see if the course offers a certificate of completion:

The course might offer a certificate outside of OpenLearning. To find out, you can contact the course creators directly. You can do so by leaving a comment within the course or sending them a message through their profile page (if they have private messaging turned on.)

I have first went through the course details, I saw there it mentioned clearly there will be course completion certificate after 100 percent completion of the course. For reference please see the attachment.

  Hi Etrouth Srikar the course creator has changed their course settings. they are no longer providing certificate of completion through our portal. however, you can contact the Export Council of Australia directly so they can assist you with your query. let me know if there's anything else I can assist you with. Allow me to clarify.

You have completed Introduction to Growing a Global Business (mini MOOC). As stated on the course landing page, there is no certificate for that course.

There is another course with a similar name Growing a Global Business that does indeed offer a certificate. That is the course that is mentioned in the screenshot you have attached above.
