I understand that the current behaviour of the module is that when all pages in the module are completed, the module will collapse. But, I would like to have all modules to appear at all time as we received unnecessary tickets from students and staff complaining that they no longer have access to their course materials. Our help desk waste unnecessary time verifying n investigating the real issue.

Option to expand and collapse can remain but we should be allowed to set the the modules to collapse once completed or all modules appear at all time from course or portal level.
