As a course admin, I want to be able to add/remove myself from a group

As a course admin, I can already see inside all groups. I can also add and remove other admins from groups BUT I can't add (or remove) myself.

I would like to be able to do this so that I can do more testing of permissions in courses, but most cause I think it's weird and doesn't make sense.
