I would like Openlearning to have a ban feature for users who just want to complete a course just for a certification. Yes, the course is free, but not everyone will act cordially online. Here is an example of a bad apple.

I have changed the certificate status from automatic to administrator defined but it will not stop bad users like this to exists in the system.
