Access denied

Hi there, I am  one of course administrator but I have a problem to attach my notes in Power point ad PDF format.

'Access denied for nursyafiqahbintirahim'.

How can I fix this??

    Hi there! Sometimes files don't upload to our File Widget if the file name includes characters or accent marks. Can you try renaming the file with a name that is only letters and/or numbers and see if it will upload then?
