Hope that the look and feel of the automated emails being sent out will be consistent. 

Currently,

Institution Level - [Portal Admin], I'm able to style the email template.

However,

Course Level - [Course Admin], for enrolments, announcements, reminders, etc. It's the email template from OpenLearning and the look and feel are quite inconsistent. Currently unable to style it account to the institution level email template.

It makes no sense that Course admin when they are able to enrol students, the email template being sent out is not the customised email template at the institution level.
