At ADFM, an NGO foundation, we highly value each credential we issue. To better manage our records, we would appreciate the ability to generate our own serial numbers for credentials, rather than having them assigned automatically by Open Learning. This feature would allow us to maintain a structured tracking system on our end.

We believe this enhancement would benefit organizations like ours that require a more customized approach to credential management. Please consider adding a section that enables manual serial number generation.
