How to make Assessment reports available to learners 

Step 1

Go to Assessment > Assess learners.

Step 2

Find the learner whose answers you wish to release the report and click Release.

 You can also release all results by clicking Release all results.

Where do learners view the assessment results?

If assessment reports are released to learners by the course team (Assessor), learners will receive email and platform notifications letting them know.

 Learners can click on these notifications to view the details of their assessment results.

Learners can also view their assessment results by going to the My Progress page. To learn more about this method, please check out the instructions below.

Step 1

Click the Your Progress bar in the top-right corner of the page. 

Step 2

This will take the learner to their course progress page, where they will see current course progress, course outcomes and assessment reports. Click View assessments to go to the Assessments and grades page.

Step 3

In this section, your learner can view the names of each assessment report, along with scores, weighted scores, and weights. 

Depending on the visibility settings determined by the course staff, learners may see the View Report button.

If the View report button is available, the learner can click it to access the detailed assessment report, which includes scores and feedback from the assessor. If the View report button is unavailable, the learner can only see the score, or the course team might not have yet released the report.

 

Check out each unit item detailed report below:

1) Outcomes report

Here, the learners will see the score for each assessment criterion and the total score.

2) Quiz activity report

Here, your learner will see their quiz score and total score.

 

3) Exam report 

Under the Overview tab, learner will see their name, the date and time they started and finished the exam, the total time taken, and the total score.

 On the Questions tab, they can view the score for each quiz section and the total score.

 

4) Score report

Here, your learner will see the total score.
