RBT Course Issues....Help please

Off and on, I have had several problems; the Module will not open, inability to click on an answer, inability to upload worksheet responses, not to mention the issues with the spaghetti noodle options and more. All of these setbacks have delayed the completion of this course. Currently, the presentation has been glitching...starting and stopping. I have completed many online courses, and have not ever had the problems that I have experienced, and am currently experiencing.

The current problem has placed me in a position that I am having to request more time to complete this course.

    Hi there! Now I am stuck on Module #24 - Knowledge Check. The screen froze up once again and when I was eventually able to clicked "Check your answers" it is now stuck, once again, stating "No More Submissions Remaining." It went from 1 to no more, and now it is frozen. No matter what device that I use there has been a problem. I simply would like to finish this course without all of the complications. This has been longer than a 40hr course because of all of the problems. Please help! Please and thank you!

      Alenka Prezelj Good morning! First let me say thank you for your patience and assistance. Any idea how much longer it may take to resolve the bug? On this Module, #24, it has been down 1 week now.
