Customizing notifications

As a facilitator, it would be super efficient to be able to customize notification settings.

ie: I want to receive email notifications when I'm tagged in a post but not when someone comments on a page

It's possible to shut email notifications off completely, which is great. However, being able to decide which activities to receive emails for would be very helpful in allowing users to keep up with their courses without cluttering their inbox.

To add to this, it could be good if students received an email to let them know they have received either a badge or a certificate. It would be unfortunate for students not to realise they have received a certificate due to turning off their notifications – particularly for professional development courses that need some kind of 'proof' of completion.

Hi there, are any of these features available yet? I have been searching but cannot find this. If not, I would also like to add the option to get a notification when someone uploads an activity.

Faye Nichols Hi Faye, if you subscribe to the page (At the bottom you will see SubscribeI), you will receive a platform notification when a new post is made on that page.
