Student listing in Assessment

Hi,

I think last time when I click Learner the names of students appear then I can select another student to assess. Now when I click it, then I have to type the name of student.

Now assessment is getting more difficult. I have to click again student list and assess then do again.

It is not better but getting worse and difficult assessing students.

Regards,

Waluyo

Hi Waluyo Adi Siswanto thank you very much for your feedback.

We have changed the design on the Assess learners page a while back. As you mentioned, there used to be a list (a drop-down) of learners. Unfortunately, huge classes (with hundreds or thousands of learners) were causing issues when trying to display the list, s a change needed to be made.

What we did is implement a text box where you can enter a learner's name. In addition, we added Back/Next buttons:

That being said, I have just tested this and I can confirm there is a bug with the Back/Next buttons which don't seem to appear consistently at the moment. I have created a bug ticket for this and we'll let you know when it's fixed.

I'm hoping the Back/Next buttons will help you assess the learners more easily?

    Dear Alenka,

Unfortunately, I cannot see the Back/Next button as you mentioned. So I cannot use the feature, it did not work in my browser, the latest version of Microsoft Edge. See the appearance below.

    regards,

    Waluyo

Waluyo Adi Siswanto Hi there, as I mentioned, the fact that you can't see the next/back button is a bug that our dev team is working to fix. We'll let you know as soon as it's released.

      Thank you for your patience.

Waluyo Adi Siswanto The bug has now been fixed and you should now see the Next/Back buttons. Please give it another try and let me know if you continue to have any issues!

      Thank you!
