Credential / Certificate Customization

Hi.. I try to used our own design for certificate. But the teacher signature is a compulsory item that I should upload. Can you make it as an option not a compulsory field?

    Thanks for your question.

    If you prefer not to upload a signature, you can upload a small blank image instead.

      Alenka Prezelj I've tried that.. but there's still a line that has been preset for the teacher's signature. How can I hide the line?

      Institut Koperasi Malaysia You are right, it is not possible to remove that line.

      Another possibility might be for you to use Accredible which is a third party credential provider we have partnered with. The use of Accredible might mean an extra free. Please let me know if you are interested in learning more about that. Thanks!
