It seems not apparent to quite a few users how they can edit a Text widget. The recent change in the layout of a page in edit mode requires users to click on Set Up tab to modify the text in a Text widget. It is not clear to users when they first see this new layout what to click on to edit.

Suggest to label the Set Up tab with "Edit Text" or "Edit".
