      Alicia Baines Hi Alicia, would you mind sharing which device and browser you are using?
      We discovered there is an issue with that video when played via the OL app and  iOS Chrome and Safari. If you are on a mobile, could you please try Firefox? 
      Alternatively, you could try any browser on a computer. We apologize for the inconvenience!

    Alenka Prezelj I鈥檝e been trying on the OL app, safari on my iPhone, and explorer on two different computers.

    its still not working. Very frustrating when this is the last video I need to watch to complete this course.

      Alenka Prezelj Thanks so much, finally got it to work on chrome. Very strange everything else worked fine on explorer! Thanks for your help :)
