The videos can't be played hence I have problem completing the course.

    Hye sorry to bother. But is there any way the admin can help me to complete the course despite the videos that can't be played.

We've been waiting for the course staff to get back to us (we contacted them when you first reached out) but they still haven't fixed the issue. :( I'm now investigating what else we can do for you. I'll get back to you when I know more.

      Thiagaletchumi Hi again, the issue has been resolved, the dead videos don't track towards progress anymore. Now you just have to post a comment on https://www.openlearning.com/courses/teaching-by-design/managing_cognitive_load/ and you'll be done.
