As a portal administrator, I'd like to keep my portal and courses public.

However, I find that the process for adding administrators can be tricky and potentially dangerous.

For courses within the portal, please make adding administrators a more secure process. It shouldn't search through global OpenLearning users, but only users added as Staff/Admin in the portal.
