Video on promotional page (landing page)

There is a possibility that we can select either an image or a video on the promotional page. I suggest that we can select a video not only by using the URL, but also by uploading a file (mp4).

    Sorry OOT. I accidently delete feed widget in course feed page, how can I recover or insert it again. I have looked around, but can't find this kind of widget.
