Hello team, 

I am wanting to suggest that course administrators have visibility of learners who have deactivated their account. It is sometimes unclear why an account is not showing up in the enrolment lists. If it is made visible that a learner has deactivated their account, and they are trying to gain access to a course again, the administrator can then guide them to reactivate their account without needing to escalate to the OL support team.
