How can I manage institution members?
You can manage your institution members from the People > Overview list.
See a member's course enrolments
You can view the courses a member is currently enrolled in, by searching for their name, and then looking at any courses listed next to it.
Note: You cannot remove a member from a course on this page. This can only be done from within the course itself via Administer Students > Students.
Add a member to a course
You can add a member to a course from the Overview list:
- Search for their name
- Tick the checkbox next to their name
- Click Add to Course
- Select the correct class
This will automatically send the member a Welcome to the course email:
Remove a member from the institution
You can remove a member from the institution, however, this will not unenrol them from any courses. If you added the user back into the institution, their enrolled in courses would display with them in the Overview list.
Note: To remove a member from a course, you need to go to the course and remove them via Administer Students > Students.
To remove someone from the institution:
- Search for the member's name in the Overview list
- Click the cross in the top right of their row
- Confirm that you would like to remove them
