Survey and quiz function not working for android
Did a trial run on android and found the survey and quiz was unable to see. The iphone/ios is able to view the survey and quiz. Can you please help?

We're aware there is currently a slight technical issue with the quizzes when accessed on mobile.
Fortunately, there is a workaround! The best thing to do is enable desktop mode on your mobile device browser.
To do so, click on the menu button at the top right of the browser and select the option Request Desktop Site.
Then, refresh the page.
Could you give that a try and let us know how you get on?
Please note this method may not always work. The alternative is to complete the quiz on a computer.

Omnaya Omar Hi, we tried but didnt really work well. As you mentioned, at times it works and at times it doesnt. I have asked my students not to use on android phones at the moment.
In the long term, would you / the team be looking into fixing this?

PeopleHive Consulting Group Sdn Bhd Yes, our team has plans to continue updating the android app in the future and resolving this issue. For now, you can ask your students to make sure they have the latest version of Google Chrome on their phones if the browser still does not function properly. If that doesn't work, a laptop, desktop, or apple device would be recommended.
