Can't log in by another Microsoft account

Dear Openlearning support 


Previously l was use in my personal Microsoft account to log in the openlearing. Now I'm been asked to use another Microsoft account provided by my university.

l have deactivated my current account and try to log in with another one. However, it can't log in directly by email address, but when l have to click the 'log in with Microsoft' section, it automatically goes to my previous Microsoft account, desn't give me a chance to select a different account. It either go straight to the former account or l have to cancel the log in. This issue persist even after l cleared cache in my browser(Microsoft Edge) and use an lnprivate windows.

Please let me know how to fix this.

    It sounds like you're already logged in to that computer using your first Microsoft account, and as you try to log in to Edge which is a Microsoft product, it automatically logs you in with that Microsoft account.

    Would you please try a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox? And if the issue continues please send us an email to support@openlearning.com.

      Michael Jean Thanks Mike, it does work on other browsers. l guess it's Edge itself problem then.
