How to request a custom domain for your portal
What is a custom domain?
A custom domain is a unique branded name (URLs) that identifies a website. For example, instead of having https://www.openlearning.com/abcbakery as your portal URL, you could have your own custom domain such as - www.abcbakery.com .
Here are some examples of existing clients that have a custom domain set up for their portal:
Please note the custom domain feature on OpenLearning is included in the Institution and Enterprise subscription plan only.

Revert to the Customer Success team via email once the record is updated and we'll run the validation to confirm the changes from our end.
Step 4
Once it's confirmed, we will revert to you with the TXT DNS records that you need to update in your custom domain registrar control panel:
Example:
Type: TXT
Name: _txtdnsrecord
