Knowledge checking page is not showing

    Thanks for reaching out. I hope you're doing well.

    This is a known issue when viewing the knowledge check pages on a mobile device. If you have access to a computer, we highly suggest that you complete the knowledge check on a desktop browser preferably Google Chrome or Firefox.

    If not, kindly use Google Chrome on your mobile device, then tap on the settings icon (3-dot icon at the top right corner), and tap on 'Request Desktop Site' or 'Desktop Site', this will open the knowledge check page in Desktop view, and you will be able to see the questions/answer options.
