Can't Access MAIA COVID Course

Hi There,

I have just tried to enrol in the MAIA COVID course for Instructors.

I went through the enrolment form, however once I had entered all my details and clicked to go to the next section I got this page.

I have a colleague trying to enrol who is also getting this message.

We have been asked to complete this course to continue our accreditation - so I would appreciate any information on how to proceed to the course content.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for getting in touch!

    This course is over it's enrolment limit, hence the error.

    This means that the Course administrator has reached their plan limit for the maximum number of learners.

     

    Our Partnerships team are reaching out to them to see if they would like to upgrade their plan, which would allow for more enrolments.

    The Join Now button on the course landing page will work if they upgrade their plan - until then, the course is not allowing new enrolments.

    Hello,

    as most sports are now starting back & we are asked to be COVID Safe, how do we get access to this specific training for coaches. Who can increase the enrolment limit at your end.
