Access denied

Good afternoon,

I seem to not be able to access any course information as it is coming up access denied, I have not had any trouble in the past and have used the same log in.

    • Could you please share the specific course link you are trying to access?

    • Have you tried accessing it with other browsers (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari) and on a different device (e.g., a different computer, tablet, or phone)?

    • Was there any specific error message displayed beyond "access denied"? (A screenshot would be very helpful if possible).

      Becoming Mathematicians Big Ideas to Start Strong is the course name.

      I can log in no trouble, but when I try to continue my learning (unit 5 in module 3) all of the following units/modules have a circle with a line through them and if I click on them an error message appears saying, you do not have permission to view this page, contact the course administrator.
