Certificate Pending

I finished the research methodology course and paid for the certificate, but I can't get the certificate 
the status of the certificate is Certification Pending although the fees are paid

     Hi there! Because you paid for the certificate, your course provider will have to issue it to you manually. Because it's the weekend, the course staff may issue it to you manually on Monday. If you need the certificate sooner than that, please contact your course provider. Hope this helps!

      will i receive the certificate by mail ? or how ??
      and how can i get contact to the course provider, 
      it's monday and i didn't receive the certificate yet and it is still pending
