    Hi, I have problem with open learning system, I have submitted the file, but it states that i do not complete the task, but my lecturer had received it, so anyone can help me with the problem ?

      Yee Shan Shan Hi Yee Shan, we have received your e-mails and replied to them. Please check your inbox.

      Just to clarify what the issue is: you have submitted your file in the comments section instead the widget (the text box). That's why the system did not register it, and the page is not completed.

      Now, the date has passed, and you can't submit again.
      We have contacted your lecturer to let her know what happened, and we'll let you know about her response.

      Okagbue Chioma Esther Hi Okagbue, you have contacted OpenLearning which is the platform. The course was not created by us, it is just hosted on our platform. I'm sorry, but we're not at liberty to issue you a certificate, but you can contact the university that runs this course.
