Certificate

Hi, my name is Paolo Vezzali and I am learning on this platform for a while and I have never had any problem until I finished the course "Practice Change: Concepts and Applications" last December and no Certificate of Complation has beed issued to me yet in spite of the fact that the course activities are 100% complete.

Can you help me understanding what happened?

Thank you in advance for your attention.

Regards,

Paolo

    Thanks for getting in touch.

I took a look and the certificate for the Practice Change: Concepts and Applications course is manually issued by the course administrator.

The status of your certificate is "pending." This means that your course administrator still needs to review your work and issue your certificate manually. We recommend contacting your course admins directly. You can do so by commenting on the course or sending them a message on their profile page. If you have their email address you may contact them there as well.

Paolo Vezzali Hi there, thanks for getting back in touch. Based on the document you shared, it looks like you reached out to CSU helpdesk ask@csu.edu.au, and not directly to the course administrators.

No worries, to further help you I'll be sending an email to them shortly. I'll be back in touch once I receive a response.
