My course is connected to the wrong email address
My course is connected to the wrong email address, which prevents me from being subject to emails sent by the tutor. I register openlearning used SSO from UNSW moodle.However, probably due to some browser settings, my registered email address was incorrectly stripped of the number after the person's name. This wrong email address is recognised by the system as valid, but this prevents my openlearning from sending messages to my correct email address. And I can't change this tied email address because I logged in via sso without going through the process of setting a password, and I also can't reset my password because I can't receive emails.
How can I fix this problem, although it is working fine at the moment, I am worried that it will cause unnecessary trouble in future studies.
