"3-hour face-to-face session" Attendance Check

Hi, 

I have a question about 3-hour face-to-face session. To receive the offical certificate, it is said that I need to attend a 3-hour face-to-face session at Western Sydney University's Start-up Incubator Launch Pad at Parramatta Engineering and Innovation Hub campus (Hassall St). However, I am currently study in Western Sydney VietNam campus so I can not attend the 3-hour face-to-face session in Parramatta campus. So is there any method or solution for me to get the offical certificate, please ?
