okay so i have tried to download and open the link and i am having the exact same problem as before. also the next link in part D :leadership development and support table is the same, not working. I have put a copy of the link in my message.

  I've done a quick test using your account and was able to download the file. Please confirm that you are clicking the button as per the screenshot below:
  
  If yes and you still can't download the file, please open the course (and this page) using Chrome incognito mode and then try to download the file again.

  i have opened the course in incognito mode on chrome and still not working just takes me to a blank screen. below is a screenshot of what i get when i open the file

  Seems the URL is pointing toward your local C drive and under the download folder. Please check the download folder and let us know if you can see the downloaded file.

could you please email me a microsoft word copy of the leadership developement and support table i received one for the emtional awareness and support table and i was able to open, edit and upload the document
