Managing file submission by students
Hi,
I ask my student to submit their assignment by uploading their reports i.e. Word & jpeg files into Openlearning widget. Is it possible to download all the files at the same time or do i have to download the file one at a time? I have 90+ students so downloading the documents one by one is quiet problematic.

M Zamrud Zainal Hi! Yes, that is possible by exporting the submissions.
You can go to:
Course setup > ExportsChoose New export.
For What do you want to export? choose Posts.
Posted from which page? choose the page where you want to export from.
For which class? choose the class.
In the bottom, make sure you check Include related downloadable files (e.g. images, documents) as a ZIP.
Click Save and go back to Exports
Click on Run the export and wait a bit. If the files are big, this might take a while, then click on Download. The files will be in .zip format.
