Issue regarding progress
I received complaints from a student (User’s name: smskb ooi) who is frustrated as despite completing all the tasks required his status of progress isn’t updated.
The weird thing is I could not find his uploaded comments from my side. And he informed me that he could not see them on his too after he uploaded them.
For your reference, attached are the snapshots of the comments that he has uploaded.
Please help!

Hi Ang Chooi Kean , it seems there is no issue with the platform. We suggest you ask him to re-watch the video once again until complete and try to resubmit the answer. We afraid there is no internet connection when he tries to submit that make his answer haven't uploaded to the system. Let me know how it goes. :)

Thank you for your feedback. However I have managed to see in the gallery all his attempts/repeated posts as attached in the snapshot. As you can see they are below your “test”.
The funny thing is yesterday when I checked his progress bar was 100% after I asked him to post a comment at the end of the page but now it is back to 66.67%. I m really concerned and feeling a bit “lost” here about what to do. Please help!!
Btw how do I undo post that I accidentally press on “Hide post”.

May I know which page and where do you hide your post? Possibly provide me with a screenshot of it. :)
