Can't access a course I'm enrolled in
Hi Team - I have been enrolled in a course alongside several colleagues of mine (all whom have access and no issues entering the course) however I am unable to enter the course at all and any direct link through to the course or it's particular pages takes me to the "your courses" page, which leads me into the same circle of unable to access the course.
The course is UNSW's SciX course.
Any ideas?

Hi Ashton, unfortunately, the course is offline. This means that only administrators can access it, but not students or facilitators. From what I can see, your current role in the course is a facilitator.
To solve this issue, you could ask any of your colleagues (who already are administrators) to add you as one. To do that, they can go to Course setup > Advanced and add your account on the list.
