Can no longer add a non-relative URL into navigation menu

You can no longer add a non-relative URL into the navigation menu (via Course Setup > Appearance). You used to be able to do this, along with doing this ~/ (this would be useful again).

You can see it in any course, but can check this course with the URL in navigation: https://www.openlearning.com/courses/brooke-graphic-design-example/HomePage

There are many courses that have non-relative URLs already set up and they are now going to "broken" pages:

    So the same issue happened to fullamark courses yesterday (10/10/18) around 4pm MYT. 

    Fullamark is a custom domain portal and the default page was navigated to the Announcement/Blog page.

    Updates: Danny released the fixes at 9.40pm.

    Note: the issue might re-occur in other custom domains???
