Incomplete "Safety in Design"

Can anyone advise? My ribbons says 98% and that the outstanding bit is the final feedback. I've done this feedback survey half a dozen times and get the message "thanks for your feedback" but it still hangs on 98%. Have I missed something?

    Hi Stephen, can you make sure that in addition to the survey, you have also clicked on the *I have done this* button under the survey?
