Problem:

For v2 courses in institutions, visiting pages under Course Setup or Administer Students, and then when visiting the Homepage all Tabs disappear with only the Assessment Tab left and then redirects to ‘No page lives here at the moment’.

If I create a module or page in Course Setup >Content this error occurs, however, if I return to the course the newly created page and/module, do exist.

It seems the Home link in the course side loses the institution in the path when I added a page in Course Setup > Content page.
