I have accomplished all the tasks in my course, and the activity bar has listed all the activities completed. I have also received my badge. However, there is one video that simply refuses to be marked as complete, despite watching it a few times already. I believe it is keeping me from receiving my certificate, as I have no other idea why my e-certificate has not been issued. The link is below:
