Why can't submit ?

in TITAS Activity 10.1, I check my answers and it show "Correct!"

But the issue is... I CAN'T SUBMIT EVEN THE ANSWERS SHOW ALL CORRECT.

  Alenka Prezelj I type it when I turn on my keyboard upper case button. But it will automatically turn into lower case.
