Cancelled Subscription but still getting charged

I cancelled by account about two and a half months ago but I'm still being charged for this service. Can you please assist?

    Hi Barry Jeter ! You should have received an email from me about this around 10 days ago, which I'll shoot through to you again in case you missed it. We discovered a temporary glitch in our educator account cancellation's timing, which meant a couple of our users were charged an additional month in error.
