will not update answers

I just started the HSNEGA orientation and no matter how many times I fix the answers or reset .it will not fix the problem or check answers. what do I do .The answers are correct but it will not update and move on .  Thank you

      laura m young please know that the Words in the list may not be in the same order on how it should be answered. I suggest you try again until you are able to get the correct mark. Thank you.

      laura m young I read the article 50 times and put the words in correct order capitalization. 
      I had to create a new account to get it to move on . 
      some link was stuck in the other one but thank you
