showing incomplete progress on a page even though there's nothing else left to do on that

I have currently undertaken the Sports marketing course with Rajasthan Royals and Deakin University. There's one particular issue I am having with a module where the My Progress is showing incomplete progress on a particular page of Module 1 titled 'Sports Management', even though that module has been completed with no activities involved in it.
