Unable to upload document for quiz and assessment
For all the subjects i'm not able to upload/submit the document. please assist.

There is a Post file widget under that document, but it seems something is blocking it on your browser. Can you make sure your Chrome is updated and then try again?
If that still doesnt help, please log in using Incognito browser window.
Click on the 3 dots on top right of your Chrome and then choose:

i have updated chrome and its still same. when i try incognito mode it showing error (see below)

Hi Dinish, thanks for the response. I also tested the link you shared and I'm unable to replicate the issue. I'm able to load the page and upload a file without any hiccups. Could please try using a different browser or device and let us know how it goes?
