Pro-ELT Enhance Proficient (B2 - C1): Grammar and Vocabulary course

 I have completed part of the course, about 60 % . However, when I tried to log in today I was unable to log in. So I clicked forgot password. A link was sent to my email, the same one I used before. I clicked the link and I was taken to the reset password page. I entered a new password. Managed to log in but my progress was back to 0 %. Do I have to do everything all over again? Please help. Thank you.

    Mine also the same like Nermala, I managed to log in but my progress was back to 0%. Before it was almost 50%. What should I do
