Video Playback and Missing Course.

Hello Team,

 

I did a Course with you in Front Office Management in July, 2021 but had issues with video playback that were pending fixing by the responsible team at your end, so I could complete my course for certification. 

Currently, whenever I try accessing the course to check my progress, it tells me that; "This course is currently unavailable"

Could there be issues that may require your attention and assistance?
