Students complete the course without attempting all the activities

Hi support team. I have a course named blood grouping and the principle of blood transfusion that was created in 2019. I set the completion settings as students must view or post the answer for each activity. However, I noticed there was a bug affecting my recently created class: 2021 where some students achieved 100% progression and obtained an e-certificate without attempting all the activities. Please fix this bug as soon as possible. My class was just opened today and 155 students will gradually join the course.

    Hi there!
I checked a few students in that class and they have all submitted their answers when they got completion. Could you share the name of one or two for who there are no posts but they still received completion?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

    One of the examples is

    https://www.openlearning.com/progress/?course=courses/blood-grouping&student=gohxinqi

In the system, the progression for activity 3 was 100% but I can't any post from this student at https://www.openlearning.com/courses/blood-grouping/activity_3/?cl=1

    Another example is

    https://www.openlearning.com/u/wafathohirahbintimohdsabri-qzqf1x/

In the system, her progression for all activities was 100% but I can't find her post or her submitted assignment.

    https://www.openlearning.com/courses/blood-grouping/assignment/?cl=1

    https://www.openlearning.com/courses/blood-grouping/feedback/?cl=1

The above cases were just examples. There are more cases like this. Please fix the bug as soon as possible.

      CPATH AMM Hi again!
Please note that when you move a learner, their progress is carried across to the new class, but his post aren't.

Goh was initially in 2019 and that's where he posted:

CPATH AMM Hi! Our dev team confirmed that Wafa posted on 20 Sept but later deleted her post.
